"Signature Bites"

Rules for the ancillary "Signature Bites":
– turnin box size 238x201x75mm (outer size)
– minimum of 5 individual portions in the provided turnin box
– turnin is going to be judged by individual portion, not the complete box
– everything must be edible, only thing that can be non edible is a service vessel (plastic cup or amuse spoon)
– What is a “Signature Bite”? whatever you can cook the best, there are no limitations. Your only limitations are how creative your are?

RIBS €70 (2 ribs provided by the organizer)
Ancillary "Signature Bites" €20
Both categories €85
Full Service Option € 15
Organizer gives the option to use the "Full service" option for €15. This contains a Keij Kamado large, workstation incl basic tools and a spot under a shared event tent. Limited to 6 spots.
